MOSCOW, Jun 8 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin signed on Monday a decree making the amount of reserves, output and consumption of strategic natural resources classified information in certain cases.
The list of strategic resources comprises nickel, cobalt, tantalum, niobium, beryllium, lithium, rare earth metals of the yttrium group, pure quartz raw material.
The amount of reserves for Russia in general is to become secret and for each deposit can become secret to the extent defined by the state. Consumption is to be made secret for Russia and for each organization to the extent set by the state.
